Hailing from the UK, Fionn Hyndman has led innovation at the cutting edge of the online industry for the past 7 years. In 2003, after working with dgm in the UK, Fionn launched dgmAustralia in Sydney. Since that time, dgmAustralia has achieved record growth with a staggering 500% year on year delivery across quantifiable ROI online advertising for 140 local clients, via the dgm pay for action advertising network and search engine marketing.
dgmAustralia has delivered more than 60 million consumers to their clients including Dell, Wizard and Apple. In 2006, dgmAustralia is the country's number one pay for action advertising network, and one of Australia's largest search engine marketing organisations.
Managing Director
Craig Ellis started his career in 1997 with Fairfax Digital, managing the successful online City Search Directories.
Quickly rising up the ranks Craig took responsibility at Excite for a number of key market developments across their narrowband and broadband portal, and later launching and successfully developing Optus Interactive and incorporating their iTV trial.
Having achieved impressive results, Craig is a well-known industry thought leader, and online business specialist, who has been involved in educating and working towards the development of the Australian online marketing landscape.
Craig joined dgmAustralia in January 04 and has been instrumental in the growth of the company, creating an immediate impact in delivering the unique dgm offering to over 120 major Australian companies, in just three years.

John Matthews has been involved in Search Marketing since its inception and has been employed with dgm companies since 1999. John is considered one of Australia's and Europe's market leading Search specialists.
As a founding member and employee of Webgravity, the UK's largest search specialist, pre-merger with dgm, he has led the account management team from the company's inception.
He is highly accredited for his work across Europe and in Australia, notably running one of the first Pan-European SEO campaigns for Buzz Airlines, a KLM subsidiary.
